Happy New Year!

2010 promises to be a very busy year - check out our Specials/Events page and you'll see! In the next 6 months, we have the Family Day Holiday Long Weekend, Valentine's Day, Dwight Winter Carnival, Pond Hockey Tournament at Deerhurst, Easter Holiday Long Weekend, Dwight Library Fundraising Archery Tournament, the G8 Leader's Summit, etc.

Don't forget to book your summer holiday early - I know, it's only January 1st...however, we are already over 40% booked for July and August! Plan now to avoid disappointment later!

Winter update: our bay is now frozen and 2 ice fishing huts are already up! There's also a nice, large skating rink ready for use just beside the town dock. We had another 2-3 inches of snow over the last couple of days. Hidden Valley Ski Hill has 9 of 11 runs open today!
